The slightly tart taste of the clementine makes it particularly suitable for breakfast. Our fruit comes from a Corsican cooperative with which we have a long-standing partnership. We add no preservatives or artificial colours to our jams. They are prepared according to traditional recipes to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
